What to Bring

mums-0332-650x433.jpg

You should bring what you normally would take if you were going out for a couple of hours, a drink, a snack for your child/ren to have during the session. Please note that we promote healthy eating and a nut free environment.

Don’t forget a hat & sunscreen for outdoor play too!

Session Information

Each playgroup meets in the Selwyn House crèche room at the same time each week with both children and parents staying for the entire session. Our playgroups are programmed sessions that are organised by a qualified childcare educator. These sessions will be structured to address the learning and developmental needs of the children.

Each member must ensure the crèche is left in a clean manner after their session.

Fees

Fee is paid before the days session to the office staff. As a community organisation we aim to be open to all, therefore places are allotted on a first in basis. It is best to call us a couple of days before the session you plan on joining to let us know you are coming.

Duty of Care

Parents/Carers are fully responsible for the safety and discipline of their own children and/or those in their care and should take all necessary steps to ensure accidents do not happen. Children should be supervised at all times. It is the duty of all individuals to ensure they protect the children from harm or injury. Childminding is not part of our Playgroup and under no circumstances may you leave your child on the premises without a guardian.

Child Safe

We are committed to the safety, participation and empowerment of all children.
